I contacted Lily when one of my guinea pigs was unwell and consequently sadly died. Her advice at the time and since in helping me with options for Woody to find a friend has been amazing. Really great support and very friendly. Thank you Lily.

Lily is lovely and approachable in her messages. She is very responsive and helpful in answering any questions. Her knowledge and care for guinea pigs is outstanding.
